Don't water your street, driveway or sidewalk. Position sprinklers so that water lands on the lawn and shrubs, not paved areas.

The Watering Index is a simple method of matching irrigation timers to plants water demand. Each day, a Santa Clarita Valley weather station measures the water demand of plants based on actual conditions and the index helps residents achieve optimal watering levels.
